Meet Ed, a certified Life Coach, advocate of heart Awareness Illness, Mental health Awareness, and a survivor with a powerful mission. his purpose is to empower young men and men with the educational tools, real-life experiences, and testimonies of rapid diseases and illnesses.

Ed’s impactful journey has taken him to various platforms, including Memorial herman hospital, KCOh, the stage play “BLK MAN,” Fox26, hGTV, and LA-based Larkspur Co, along with churches and podcasts. his personal testimony sheds light on the critical issue of mental health. After experiencing a series of setbacks, Ed faced severe chronic depression. Seeking help, he discovered the profound value of mental health and recognized the lack of accessible care, especially for men of color. This realization ignited his mission to uncover ways to support men of color in accessing the mental care they deserve.
